Food excellent, very tastefull, Nice creations with local products. Sommelier recomended good wine. Very welcoming staff, beautiful garden. We enjoyed the whole evening.

We are at La Baule-Escoublac, France for the second time for holidays.Frequently we attended for our dinner at restaurant 16Art.Two years ago our dinners at this restaurant were very good both the food and the service.Today it was our fourth time this holiday that we visited for a dinner at 16Art.Our entree was a salade Marine, a very healthy and rich salade. Our main plate was for both of us a Cote du Boeuf. An excellent piece of meat, g&eacute;ant as we requested.As a desert we ordered a plateau de fromage and with our good choice of wine &ndash; Pommerol Le Lande 2016 &ndash; our dinner was completed.The food in general was excellent, but the service was perfect and very client-friendly.In particularly we like to mention the lovely serveerster Imma and also her collegue Kevin.In fact they made our dinner a nice event you will not easily forget and is a promotion for returning to 16Art. Deuxi&egrave;me fois au Castel Marie-Louise, avec la peur d&#39;&ecirc;tre d&eacute;&ccedil;us tant nous avions aim&eacute; la premi&egrave;re fois ! Mais pas l&#39;ombre d&#39;un d&eacute;but de d&eacute;ception : la cuisine merveilleuse, la pr&eacute;sentation de celle-ci, la qualit&eacute; exceptionnelle du service, le cadre tr&egrave;s agr&eacute;able... Nous sommes une fois de plus et d&eacute;finitivement conquis. Pour avoir test&eacute;s d&#39;autres grandes tables, on se demande juste comment ils peuvent ne pas avoir d&#39;&eacute;toile... &ccedil;a ne saurait tarder ! On leur souhaite car ils la m&eacute;ritent largement.

For the second time at the Castel Marie-Louise, with fear of being disappointed, we had loved the first time! But not the shadow of a deception start: the wonderful kitchen, its presentation, the exceptional quality of service, the very pleasant framework ... We are once again and definitively conquered. You can only ask how they can&#39;t have a star ... that can&#39;t be late! You wish them because they deserve it widely.
